We offer a 30-day full money-back guarantee. To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@ariqora.com, and we’ll assist you in recording your request and providing the necessary return instructions.
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund immediately. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please be aware that depending on your bank, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
How long does it take to ship?
The average shipping time is 9-15 business days. Our fulfilment center is located in the UK, and all products are shipped from there. All parcels have live tracking and automatic email updates regarding your order will be shared.

My order is in transit for a while, where is it?
This is normal, do not worry. Please take our shipping times of 9-15 working days into consideration. All packages will arrive but are sometimes hold at customs or shipped via an alternative route. How do I change my delivery address?
To update your delivery address, simply get in touch with us as soon as possible! Provide the correct address along with any special instructions (such as who the order should be addressed to). Please make sure to contact us before your order ships, as we are unable to change the delivery address once it’s on its way. If I add 'Fast Delivery' to my order, how fast can I receive it?
We will prioritise your shipping above all others and make sure it has a priority label. This normally results in a 5 day quicker shipin time. As soon as it arrives to the country of destination, the local shipping courries takes over and we can not control the speed of their delivery.
